Rules on delivery and return

Return of goods

10.1. Returns and exchanges of goods shall be carried out in accordance with Government Resolution No.738 “On the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade” (in force since 29.07.2014) and in accordance with the procedure set out in Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code (in force since 1.01.2015).

10.2 In the event that the Buyer withdraws from the contract of sale of the Good(s) as provided for in clause 4.2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Goods shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 days of the Buyer’s written notification of withdrawal from the contract of sale (clause 4.2 sets out the terms and conditions of return and the charges).

10.3. Goods which the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness (except for exceptions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania) shall be replaced and accepted from the Buyer within 14 days. from the date of delivery. The Good(s) shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense and in accordance with clause 4.2

10.3.1. The Buyer is responsible for the assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not complete and properly packaged, the Seller will not accept the return.

10.3.2. Goods will not be taken back if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their merchantable appearance (changes to the appearance of the goods or their packaging that were necessary to inspect the goods are not considered to be a material change to the appearance of the goods).

Bespoke furniture, mattresses, pillows and bed linen are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Interior fittings and other goods that do not fall under the hygiene category can be returned within 14 days.

Delivery of goods

The price and terms of delivery are negotiated individually during the interview. The buyer also has the option of collecting the goods himself or hiring another company to do so.

If, despite all the Supplier’s precautions, an incorrect price is displayed on the Website, in particular a manifestly incorrect price due to a system error, the Supplier shall not be obliged to deliver the Product at the incorrect price, even if the order is confirmed. In such cases, the Supplier shall offer to deliver the Product at a fair price, which the Customer may refuse to purchase. The Buyer may exercise this right of withdrawal without giving reasons.

Items that we ‘have on site’ are arranged for collection or dispatched within 1-3 days. d. on receipt of payment.

Items marked ‘pre-order’ may take different times and delays to arrive.

Furniture production and ordering

For custom-made furniture, we design free of charge. For a preliminary design, please provide the necessary information (dimensions, materials, demand).

A preliminary price is calculated on the basis of the data provided. Before making furniture, we always take additional measurements of the premises to ensure quality work. The cost of the measuring service is EUR 50 (designer’s visit), which is added to the advance payment when ordering furniture. If the furniture is not ordered, the fee for the designer’s visit remains with the seller.

The price is inclusive of delivery, loading and installation within the city limits, including VAT, unless otherwise agreed in advance. All the details are very important in furniture design, so the price may change after the detailed design and material discussion. The initial proposal is preliminary. Due to the global shortage of materials and the rapid increase in market prices, the offer is not binding on the Vendor. The Seller shall have the right to change the price, materials and time of performance until the production drawings of the Goods (if any) have been agreed bilaterally in writing or the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Order have been signed (in the absence of production drawings of the Goods). The final terms of the furniture are set out in a contract.

Production time ~4-6 weeks (to be fixed by individual contractual agreement).
